Objectives are how we will measure the success of the marketing plan once it is implemented

Strategies address how objectives are to be achieved

Tactics are the specific actions, details, and activities that must occur in order for the strategy to succeed and the objective to be met

We are surveying all patients that come to our clinic for the women's health services. 

Tactic 1: Survey all patients on how they found our clinic and services.

Tactic 2: Reallocate social media and marketing budgets based off data acquired.

We will have a QR code for patients to scan after their first visit so they can tell us how they found us and add any suggestions and if patients complete this we will discount their next visit.
