The evaluation portion cements the process as a
fully comprehensive and circular
marketing plan.
This phase could include a discussion on:
- Metrics
-Contingency
To conduct my marketing evaluation, I would send out surveys to customers. On these surveys I would include questions on how they found our service, if they enjoyed our service, and how they think we could improve our marketing. I feel that customer reviews are the best way to fix any problems you may be having with a business or service. Hopefully, I would be able to see what marketing tactics are working based on these surveys, so I know where to add cost and cut costs to be the most effective and efficient.
How I plan to have a contingency plan in place where if something happens that students are not on campus anymore, I would remove my campus ads and increase my social media budget and presence. I do not believe that anything can affect the marketplace enough that no women would come in for the women’s health services since every woman has needs for these services in one way or another in their lifetime.
